BODIES OF EVIDENCE is my second novel! I'm just as excited about this book as I was the first, THE ONLY ONES LEFT, and about being published by Provoco Publishing. It's out NOW in paperback and eBook!. Here's a synopsis - I hope you like it!

Ava is a mortuary technician living in hick town, in the middle of the desert. Nothing ever happens there and everyone knows everyone else and everyone else's business, but that's how Ava likes it.

So, when a body goes missing from the mortuary and Ava has a run in with a local shaman, suddenly Killorn isn't the peaceful oasis Ava was looking for. But who stole the body? I grew up in West Texas and the mountains of Washington! What a diverse childhood! it gave me a love of the outdoor life, the ocean, surfing, hiking, fishing. I'm an outdoorsy person. I am an Army veteran, having served as an active - duty NCO for eight years as a Chaplain Assistant.  Now, I have various college degrees in the healthcare field to include a Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA) and a Master’s in Health Systems Management (M-HSM). I spend time volunteering at hospitals, at community outreach with local schools and with homeless programs run through my church.  My writing started as a hobby  and morphed into a passion. I love crafting stories and characters that make you think, as well as showcasing the gritty side of life. The more realness, the better. I love writing thrillers, it's my favourite genre. I like making people think from the edge of their seat while they're trying to stop their heart from pounding so fast!

I'm  a self-professed outdoor fanatic and I love to fish, though worms make me squeamish. I love hiking as well, preferring longer hikes that start after daybreak so the spider webs are already cleared off the trail by someone else’s face. Avoiding bears and cougars the best I can, I like the trails in the Cascade mountains as well as Mt. Rainier and surrounding areas. I also has a penchant for tacos and sunny weather, being Texas born.

You can find me at home with my family, out on a run, or cruising on my skateboard on a beachside trail. At the moment, I'm working on various writing projects to include a romantic comedy series, and I am stoked to be joining the Provoco Publishing family.
